All of our classrooms are equipped with Smartboard Interactive Whiteboards and digital projectors connecting classroom learning to the internet, which keeps the curriculum fresh, topically relevant and engaging to our students.
Each student is issued their own personal Chromebook at the beginning of freshman year and is theirs to keep throughout their four years at Roselle Catholic. All classes use Google Classroom to post everything from assignments to PowerPoint presentations, bringing the classroom beyond the school doors.
Roselle Catholic students have access to three fully equipped computer labs, including the state-of-the-art John Korn Computer Center as well as a cutting-edge Publication Center. Computer labs provide access to PCs and Macs ensuring students become fluent in using both operating systems.
Distance learning is an increasingly viable alternative to more traditional learning environments and we at Roselle Catholic are committed to offering online classes as a way to expand, augment and personalize our curriculum. Through our affiliation with Virtual High School, an accredited, non-profit consortium of schools, we are able to offer over 200 full semester online courses to students enrolled in the program. Junior and Senior students at Roselle Catholic may apply to take electives through Virtual High School and enrolled in classes such as Screenwriting, Zoology, Economics, Statistics, Astronomy and Art History.
