Our student-athletes have consistently provided leadership while at RC in the classroom, the community and on the field of play. The lessons learned both academically and in sporting competition have prepared 50 years of RC student-athletes for tremendous success in their careers, communities and family lives.
To keep the tradition of athletic excellence and RC’s distinctive sporting values alive, the RC community has established the Pride of the Lions Fund.
The purpose of the Pride of The Lions Fund is to underwrite the annual athletic budget, as well as to fund long-deferred improvements to the school’s athletic facilities – especially Egan Field, Chakey Field and the surrounding Track & Field venues.
Pride of The Lions Fund and Roselle Catholic DO NOT provide athletic scholarships.
The Pride of the Lions Fund will be used to pay for uniforms, equipment, coaches, referees, officials, safety personnel, athletic trainers, compliance, transportation, fees and improvements to facilities.
By funding the athletic budget (or as much as we can), more funding is available for RC’s core academic, social, spiritual and moral mission.
Your gift can be designated in one of two ways:
1. Friends Of: A gift directed to support the operational costs for an individual sports program.
2. Unrestricted: An unrestricted gift will go where it is needed most.
All contributions to Pride of The Lions Fund are tax deductible.
We respectfully ask you to consider making a gift to the Pride of The Lions Fund. We promise you it will be a worthwhile investment.
