Roselle Catholic Scholarship and Heritage Awards
Roselle Catholic annually distributes over $300,000 in scholarships to our students based on achievement. Scholarships, Heritage Awards and grants are awarded to incoming freshmen based upon their academic achievement, community service and character. RC Scholastic Achievement Awards
Roselle Catholic High School will use the results of the Archdiocesan Entrance Exam (COOP), along with elementary school records, as the basis for rewarding six Roselle Catholic High School Scholarships.
   These Scholarships are:
   Two first-place scholarships of $1,500.00 per year for four years
   Four second-place scholarships of $1,000.00 per year for four years


Founding Families – Tuition Assistance Program
The Founding Families Tuition Assistance Program provides tuition assistance in the amount of $2,000 each year to a qualifying student enrolled at Roselle Catholic. Qualification is based on: 1) financial need, 2) academic performance and 3) desire to attend Roselle Catholic. The $2,000 tuition assistance is renewable annually provided the awarded student maintains good academic standing and manifests leadership qualities. 

St. Marcellin Champagnat Scholarship Program
An award of $8,000 ($2000 per year) will be given to each student registering at Roselle Catholic who is the Valedictorian of his/her elementary school graduating class.
An Award of $4,000 ($1000) will be given to each student registering at Roselle Catholic who is the
Salutatorian of his/her elementary school graduating class.

Brother Joseph Abel, FMS Memorial Scholarship
Each feeder grammar school that currently has 20 or more students in attendance at RC may nominate students who have chosen Roselle Catholic as their first choice for high school. A review committee from Roselle Catholic will select scholarship winners from each of the feeder grammar schools.
The scholarships will be in the amount of $350 per year per student, renewable annually provided the student remains in good academic standing and manifests leadership qualities.

Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children

SFIC provides children in need with the opportunity for a quality, values-based education in a safe environment.  The fund provides partial-tuition scholarships to economically disadvantaged children attending private and parochial schools within Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Union counties.  Scholarship awards are based upon need without regard to race, religion or ethnicity.
 
Applications for SFIC will be available the end of September and accepted for the 2013-2014 school year starting October 1, 2013 until December 31, 2013. For more information and an application click on the link: www.sficnj.org

Scholastic Olympics Scholarship
Scholarships in the amount of $300 each will be awarded to the students who placed First, Second, or Third in any area of competition in the Scholastic Olympics, who have chosen RC as their First, Second or Third Choice for high school on the COOP entrance exam. These Scholarships are awarded for Freshman year only. Students will be notified of the award along with their acceptance letters.

Athletic Scholarships
Roselle Catholic High School does not award athletic scholarships. The NJSIAA bans the awarding of athletic scholarships. Any student who claims otherwise runs the risk of forfeiting any  financial assitance he/she might have received under our scholarship or financial need programs.
